Requirements
Food & Beverage management or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in the restaurant/F&B industry
Good leadership and staff management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic knowledge of food hygiene & safety
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Basic computer skills (POS system, reporting)
Responsibilities
To overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Supervise and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and providing guidance on customer service excellence.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and implementing cost-control measures to minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, aiming to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for order taking, billing, and payment processing.
Monitor staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and implementing training programs to enhance team skills.
