Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
1–2 years of experience in inventory analysis will be an added advantage
Familiar with AX system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage
Able to work independently
Good communication skills with other departments
Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Supply Chain in all inventory and purchasing operations.
Conduct inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and stocktakes. Report and investigate discrepancies.
Manage inventory levels and movements by verifying system data against physical stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records, product data, part numbers, and pricing in the system.
Source materials, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and recommend purchases.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, analyze procurement data, and generate related reports.
Expedite orders, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up with suppliers and internal users.
Update inbound or outbound inventory transactions to support production planning and costing.
Request and issue materials via AX system and Microsoft Dynamic 365, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.
Actively support and participate in continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
Other duites as directed by the head of SCM from times to times.
