Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Account cum Admin Executive to handle our daily financial transactions and office operations. The ideal candidate will balance basic accounting duties with general administrative support to ensure smooth business workflows.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Account Duties: Handle basic bookkeeping, daily data entry, invoice processing, and assist in payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
• Admin Duties: Manage office documentation, filing, letters, and correspondence. Coordinates schedules and monitors office supplies inventory.
• Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external parties to support management in daily office operations.
