Job Overview

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive (Fully Remote) to manage client communications, support the sales process, and handle administrative tasks. This role involves end-to-end coordination from enquiry handling to follow-ups and reporting.

Requirements

• Based in Malaysia

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Working Hour: Working remotely: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8)

• Communicate with clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp

• Follow up on payments, updates, and customer enquiries

• Prepare and draft quotations

• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion

• Prepare sales reports for different factories

• Attend to enquiries and raise purchase requisitions

• Coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
