Requirements
Strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers.
Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Open to working at Naelofar, Isetan KLCC.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is attractive and well-stocked.
Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
Assist in stock replenishment and the receipt of new shipments.
Follow company policies and procedures in daily operations.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Step in as Supervisor or Manager when required in their absence.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet store needs.
