Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
Utilize accounting software proficiently for daily financial operations and reporting.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Conduct regular audits of financial and HR records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounting and human resources.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation as required.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents as needed.
Support the HR department in implementing HR initiatives and programs.
