Responsibilities
Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce company products/services
Achieve daily and weekly call targets as well as appointment-setting goals
Update customer information and maintain accurate call records in the system
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, enquiries, and feedback
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement
