Kitchen Assistant

• Prepare food & beverages based on company standards
• Handle basic prep (portioning, marinating, seasoning, etc.)
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
• Store and label ingredients properly (food safety practice)
• Assist in closing duties and follow checklist
• Report stock or food quality issues to supervisor
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Support team and assist in daily kitchen operations

 Service Crew

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Take orders and serve food & drinks accurately
• Recommend menu items and promote signature dishes
• Handle cashiering and payments
• Keep dining area clean and presentable
• Refill service station supplies when needed
• Work closely with team to ensure smooth service
