Essential Requirements:
Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.

Responsibilities
Key Roles:
Ensure smooth daily operation especially incoming complaints and response on time.
Process warranty claims parts to dealers and monthly service report to Branch Manager.
Handle incoming calls and customers’ enquiries cum service repair and maintenance quotation.
Housekeeping of Service/Workshop Section/Department.
Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams.
Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order.
Prepare quotation, delivery order and Tax invoice.
