REQUIREMENT

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Diploma in Business Administration, any related field, or equivalent.

  • Ability to multitasking and prioritization.

  • Self-motivated, positive, self-directed, and responsible.

  • Knowledge in motorcycle field is an added advantage.

  • Able to read & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Familiar with online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • Work as a team, hardworking, willing to learn and challenge.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.

  • Return & Refund Case Management: Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok). Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts.

  • Account Management: Independently manage and maintain stores across various e-commerce marketplaces. Ensure products listings, pricing, promotions, and store information are accurate and up to date. Monitor store performance and support daily operational activities.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct sales forecasting and prepare restock lists to ensure optimal inventory level.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse e-commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to e-commerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implement changes to enhance overall operations.

  • Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
