Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma graduated in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in HR preferred
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily Human Resource operations, including HR system data management, payroll preparation support, employee records coordination, and HR administrative processes.

  • Maintain employee scheduling records and HR system data updates
  • Support payroll preparation, including attendance verification and incentive calculations
  • Assist HR operations, including onboarding, preparing letters and statutory compliance documentation
  • Coordinate and manage employee documentation and HR records filing system
  • Support general HR operational and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations
