Proven experience of 3-5 years in a Senior Production Supervisor role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

Diploma in a relevant field such as Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in Production Management, including overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a production team of varying sizes.

Proficiency in Quality Control principles and practices to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.

Experience in Process Improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.

Solid understanding of Inventory Management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

Knowledge of Safety Regulations and the ability to enforce a safe working environment on the production floor.

Skilled in Performance Monitoring, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting regular performance reviews.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Oversee and direct daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of output targets, managing a team of production staff within a 21-employee manufacturing environment.

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process, identifying and rectifying deviations to maintain high product standards and minimize defects.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels, manage shift schedules, and ensure adequate coverage for all production activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operational processes.

Monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordinating with supply chain for timely replenishment and dispatch.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on the production floor, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
