We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to support our sales and service operations for industrial packaging machinery and end-of-line automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
Prepare sales documents, quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer visits when required.
