Prior experience in sewing, garment, or textile manufacturing is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of operating industrial sewing machines

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with good workmanship and quality awareness

Responsible, disciplined, and committed to meeting production deadlines

Willing to work overtime when required

Operate sewing machines and related equipment in accordance with production requirements and company standards

Ensure all sewing work, stitching, and finishing meet quality control specifications

Follow technical instructions, patterns, and production guidelines accurately

Inspect materials and completed products to identify defects or inconsistencies

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of sewing machines and workstations

Achieve daily production targets while maintaining work quality and efficiency

Comply with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures

Support the production team with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
