About The Role
We’re looking for a growth-driven Business Development Manager to expand Mykori’s footprint and drive new revenue opportunities.
You’ll lead franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, and market development initiatives — turning potential into performance.
If you’re confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals while thinking long-term growth strategy, this role is for you.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in business development, franchise, or sales role.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in F&B or retail franchise industry is an advantage.
Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Result-oriented and strong networking ability.

Identify and secure new franchise opportunities.
Conduct franchise presentations and business pitching to potential investors.
Prepare feasibility studies and financial projections.
Develop expansion strategy aligned with company growth targets.
Negotiate commercial terms and agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and partners.
Monitor new outlet performance and ROI.
Track expansion pipeline and prepare monthly growth reports for management.
Work closely with Operations & Marketing team during new outlet launch.
