We are looking for Project Manager in Selangor & Johor Bahru.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E construction industry.

• Excellent leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge in costing, quality control, resource planning and on-site operations.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, time management and resource planning.

• High level of integrity, resourcefulness and result-oriented mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in construction-related software and project management tools.

• To plan overall M&E construction activities and ensure project works meets timeline and milestones.

• Prepare project schedules and work programs.

• Coordinate site progress with main contractor, clients, supplier, sub contractors and related project teams.

• Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities.

• Solving technical clashes and ensuring compliance with specifications and Malaysian standards (DOSH, BOMBA, OSHA, Environmental and safety standards).

• Monitor project costing, control material wastage and track subcontractor claims.

• Monitoring manpower and managing subcontractors to ensure full productivity.

• Any adhoc tasks provided by Project Director.
