Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role (preferred).

Basic math and computer skills (experience with POS systems is an advantage).

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers, POS systems, or other payment methods (cash, credit, debit, e-wallet).

Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.

Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily sales.

Assist in packing or bagging purchased items when required.

Ensure cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.

Report any discrepancies, errors, or suspicious activities to the supervisor.

Support store operations when necessary (e.g., stock replenishment, promotions).
