Ability to engage customers and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including basic till operation.

Willingness to learn and perform basic inventory management tasks, such as stock counting and replenishment.

Capability to assist with merchandising and maintaining an attractive stall display.

If the stall involves food, a willingness to learn and adhere to food handling safety standards is required.

Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to interact with a diverse customer base.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Greet and assist customers entering the stall, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including taking payments via cash or other accepted methods.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stall, including restocking shelves, arranging products, and cleaning surfaces.

Monitor inventory levels, report low stock to management, and assist with receiving and organizing new inventory.

Engage customers in sales by highlighting product features, benefits, and promotions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards if the stall involves food products.

Assist with basic merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
