Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1–3 years working experience in HR or administrative field is preferred.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations will be an added advantage.
Familiar with payroll processing and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL Payroll, Infotech Payroll applications and computer systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily Human Resources and administrative operations.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave and personal files.
Assist in recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview arrangements, and onboarding process.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other correspondence.
Monitor employee attendance, overtime and leave records.
Assist in payroll preparation and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Handle foreign worker documentation and permit renewal matters if required.
Coordinate staff training, meetings and company activities.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when necessary.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and Malaysian labour regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
