• Possess SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is an advantage but not required.
• Able to understand English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Basic office software skills, especially Excel, are an advantage.

Logistics Management 物流管理

• Arrange daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring inventory data is accurate and updated in a timely manner. 负责日常出入库安排，确保库存数据准确及时更新
• Follow up on shipment progress (ETA), and coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and receiving activities. 跟进货物运输进度（ETA），协调运输、清关及收货事宜
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure physical inventory matches records. 定期进行库存盘点，确保账实相符

Inventory Management 库存管理

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure real-time updates of stock data. 维护准确的库存水平，确保库存数据实时更新
• Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts / monthly stocktakes). 定期进行库存盘点（循环盘点 / 月度盘点）
• Monitor inventory movement (inbound and outbound). 监控库存出入库情况

Inbound & Outbound Operations 出入库操作

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders. 接收、检查并核对到货商品与送货单是否一致
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and clearly labeled. 确保所有物料正确存放并做好标识
