Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in operations, supply chain, or procurement.
Experience in FMCG / retail industry is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge in operations, admin, inventory, and procurement processes.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu are advantages.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor outlet/warehouse performance and ensure KPI achievement.
Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Manage administrative processes including documentation, reporting, and records.
Ensure proper filing, documentation control, and audit readiness.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment planning.
Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Ensure timely delivery and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Manage purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection.
Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Ensure cost control and compliance with procurement policies.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
Lead, guide, and manage team performance to meet KPIs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
