Requirements
Education: Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales support, retail counter sales, or customer service is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The ability to speak or write in Mandarin is a strong advantage for communicating with specific networks.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and comfortable using POS or inventory systems.
Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, and a positive attitude toward learning about security technology.
Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries: Handle walk-in customers and attend to sales enquiries via phone professionally.
Order Processing: Prepare and generate essential sales documents including Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO).
Sales Support: Coordinate with the logistics department for stock availability and delivery/courier arrangements.
Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with existing Security System Integrators (SI) and dealers to ensure repeat business.
Counter Management: Manage the sales counter, including processing payments and ensuring the display area is organized.
