· Minimum a Diploma / Advance Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration
· Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

· Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
· Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR systems
· Possess own transport
Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, transfers, contract renewals and exits management
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and staff claims
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws
Manage staff performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Handle employee relations and update HR policies/handbook
Administration Support
Manage daily office administration and coordination, including office supplies, pantry items, and general administration
Help ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well maintained
Support office setup, relocation, or renovation activities when required
Support business license renewal and office-related permits or licensing tasks when required.
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and compliance records
Support daily operations by being flexible and responsive to any team or office-related support requests
