Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Experience in leading a small team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

Experience in equipment maintenance, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Knowledge of safety management practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
