Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
Experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or related role will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking ability will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate customer enquiries, orders, and project development from enquiry stage until delivery arrangement.
Liaise with customers, Sales Representatives, Production, Planning, QA, and Logistics Departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Follow up closely on customer requirements, order progress, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.
Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports, quotations, customer database, and sales records.
Support Sales Representatives in lead follow-up, business expansion, and customer communication.
Coordinate quality-related issues and customer complaints with the QA Department when required.
Monitor on-time delivery and assist in preparing related reports.
Participate in internal meetings related to sales operations, customer requirements, and project follow-up.
Search for potential customer leads, market opportunities, and business channels.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and FSC CoC requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
