Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on findings.

Proficiency in data analysis techniques to interpret production metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks.

A proactive attitude towards leadership development and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and contributing to shared goals.

Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes and technologies within a dynamic production setting.

Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor production lines, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Participate in root cause analysis of production issues and develop corrective and preventive actions.

Support the collection and analysis of production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.

Contribute to process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects, under the guidance of senior engineers.

Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.

Assist in the planning and execution of small-scale projects related to production optimization or new product introductions.
