Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior management or expatriate executives
Prior experience in translation or interpretation is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for COO & CEO
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business functions
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of COO & CEO
Translation & Communication:
Translate documents, reports, emails, and internal communications between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Act as interpreter during meetings, discussions, and conference calls
Facilitate smooth communication between Malaysian management team and China executives
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all translated materials
Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
