Job Description

Requirements

  1. At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field
  2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage
  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge
  5. Positive working attitude, punctual, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
  6. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
  7. Available to start working in May

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources function, including employee management, disciplinary and license management management, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage uniforms, outer garments, lockers, and general inventory (ordering, distribution, tracking)
  2. Handle licensing, permits, and certifications
  3. Handle foreign worker matters
  4. Coordinate vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  5. Oversee waste disposal processes and maintain compliance records
  6. Support visitor management, reception duties, and hospitality arrangements
  7. Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  8. Manage transport bookings and driver coordination
  9. Assist with finance-related tasks such as voucher processing and documentation
  10. Maintain records for weighing, recyclable material sales, and halal certification
  11. Handle employee relations matters including counseling, disciplinary issues (DI), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
  12. Coordinate panel clinic matters and employee medical arrangements
  13. Provide general administrative and ad hoc support
