Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English or Mandarin

  • Basic computer knowledge (PC literate)

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented

  • Willing to work 6 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

  • Follow up on parcel status and provide delivery updates to customers

  • Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, missing, or damaged parcels

  • Manage and respond to customer reviews in a professional manner

  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding order and logistics issues

  • Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Keep proper records of customer interactions and cases

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
