Requirements
a. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
b. 1 year experience in e-commerce / online sales is an advantage
c. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
d. Good computer skills and familiar with Shopee / Lazada seller centers
e. Basic knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets
f. Able to work independently and responsibly
g. Interest in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus
h. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage online product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and company website
2. Monitor and update product prices, stock levels, and promotions
3. Handle customer inquiries and orders via online platforms
4. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth delivery
5. Track and analyze online sales performance
6. Create basic visuals/banners for promotions (optional: Canva/Photoshop)
7. Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (basic level – Shopee ads, etc.)
8. Prepare simple sales reports weekly/monthly
