Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role
Familiar with money changing and remittance business
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service staff
Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct money changing and remittance service with customers.
Conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling.
Conduct effective customer due diligence.
To reconcile daily transactions.
