Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import customs clearance, freight forwarding, or international trade.
  • Candidates with overseas working experience or experience dealing with international suppliers/partners are preferred.
  • Familiar with Malaysian import customs procedures, regulations, and shipping documents.
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce import operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Candidates fluent in both Mandarin and English are preferred, as you will need to communicate effectively with our China headquarters

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customs clearance and logistics job entries in the system在
  • Prepare and process import customs documentation and declarations
  • Handle Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), and related shipping documents
  • Manage import customs clearance and documentation between Malaysia and China
  • Coordinate daily clearance, transportation, and delivery arrangements with logistics and operations teams
  • Monitor shipment clearance progress and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers
  • Assist in billing verification and related charge reconciliation
  • Ensure all import and export activities comply with Royal Malaysian Customs regulations and company SOPs
