1. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders

• Maintain warehouse layout and optimize space utilization

• Implement and improve SOPs for operational efficiency

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy between physical and system records

• Conduct regular stock counts (cycle count / stock take)

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO if applicable)

3. Team Management

• Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and task assignment

• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance

• Enforce discipline, safety, and company policies

• Ensure adequate manpower planning

4. System & Documentation

• Ensure accurate data entry in Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP

• Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements

• Generate and analyze reports (stock, movement, discrepancies)

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment

• Conduct safety briefings and enforce PPE usage

6. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments (sales, retail, procurement)

• Handle delivery schedules and logistics planning

• Resolve operational issues promptly

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years (Supervisor) / 5–8 years (Manager) experience in warehouse or logistics operations

• Strong knowledge of inventory systems (WMS/ERP)

• Leadership and team management skills

• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
