任职资格
- Monitor and support daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
- Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, visual merchandising, and brand standards
- Coordinate with shopping malls on promotions, events, and operational matters
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for stock movement
- Handle store issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges
- Conduct regular store visits and audits
- Support new store opening (setup, manpower, stock planning)
- Train and guide retail staff on operations and procedures
岗位职责
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Able to travel between outlets
