Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Minimum up to 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in property or real estate sales.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently yet collaboratively within a team.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thinking creatively to solve problems.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking client.

Assist the Senior Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and drive revenue.

Liaise with property agents, purchasers, and consultants to support smooth and effective sales transactions.

Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales and marketing approaches.

Prepare and compile sales reports, forecasts, and marketing insights for review by the Senior Sales Manager.

Coordinate with project and site teams to stay informed about development progress and ensure alignment with sales and marketing activities.

Assist in managing the sales gallery and ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date, professional, and consistent with brand guidelines.

Provide general support to the Senior Sales Manager and perform any other duties as required by Management.
