Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, & live chat tools
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
5 working days per week, 2 days off, Rotational shifts (includes morning, evening & midnight shift)
Willing to work rotational shifts including midnight shifts, weekends & public holidays
Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and live chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and response time
Support process improvement initiatives
5 working days per week, 2 days off
Rotational shifts (includes morning, evening & midnight shift)
