Responsibilities
Data entry for all received and issued goods into the computer system, ensuring accurate inventory records.
Maintain office supply stock and place orders when necessary.
Ensure stock items are neatly arranged with proper segregation, identification, and labeling.
Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including incoming goods, outgoing goods, invoicing, and stock control.
Handle office administration and general duties for daily documentation, receipts, and filing.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure performance.
Create and update records and databases with staff, financial, and other data.
