Prefer experience in a printing or manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of printing presses and finishing equipment

Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient utilization

Troubleshoot and assist with basic mechanical repairs and adjustments

Work closely with maintenance and technical teams to minimize downtime

Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure targets and deadlines are met

Oversee the workflow and monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks

Provide on-the-job training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity

Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance

Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards
