Job Description

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply or minimum 1 year experience in sales/client relationship management in any field (prefer cosmetics and skincare industry) .

  • Strong understanding/ interest in the cosmetics and skincare market trends

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support contact for clients throughout their OEM/ODM journey, ensuring smooth communication and timely assistance.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing accurate information and solutions related to products, timelines, and processes.

  • Assist clients in understanding product options, formulation details, packaging choices, and compliance requirements in a clear and service-oriented manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, design) to follow up on client requests, order status, and issue resolution.

  • Track project updates and proactively keep clients informed of progress, delays, or changes.

  • Handle and resolve complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback to improve service quality and continuity.

  • Provide post-project support, including follow-ups, troubleshooting, and assistance with repeat orders or improvements.
