Requirements
- LCCI/DIPLOMA/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- 2-3 Years Experience in related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable ( AP ) and accounts receivable (AR ) transactions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including GST, SST, and income tax, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the resolution of any discrepancies.
- Perform employee wages , KWSP, Socso, PCB etc
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize Excel to create and maintain financial spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with internal and external parties
- 5.5 day work per week
