1. Stock Receiving & Checking
- Receive incoming shipments from suppliers.
- Inspect goods for quantity, quality, and damages before storing.
- Record deliveries in inventory system and file relevant documents (DO, invoices).
2. Stock Organization & Storage
- Arrange products systematically in the warehouse (by category, SKU, size, or style).
- Ensure all stock is labeled with correct barcodes and tags.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
3. Inventory Control
- Update stock levels in the system after every inward and outward movement.
- Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts/monthly stocktake).
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving stock to support replenishment and clearance planning.
4. Stock Issuance & Replenishment
- Pick and prepare items for retail outlets, online orders, or promotional events.
- Replenish stock on the retail floor as per daily requirements.
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method is followed to minimize old stock.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, returns, and adjustments.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or theft to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
6. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the sales team, e-commerce team, and store staff for stock requests.
- Work with the logistics team to arrange deliveries and returns.
- Assist in stock preparation during sales campaigns or new product launches.
7. Safety & Compliance
- Follow warehouse safety rules (proper stacking, handling, and storage).
- Ensure restricted items are secured properly.
- Support periodic audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
