Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
Experience hiring for Sales / Education / Training industry is an added advantage
Fluent in Mandarin (to manage Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding)
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower planning needs
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets
Manage job postings across recruitment platforms (Ricebowl, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and maintain talent pipeline for critical roles (Sales, CS, Marketing, Operations)
Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
Prepare offer proposals and manage salary negotiations
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion rate)
Strengthen employer branding initiatives
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
