Job Description

Requirements

· 1-3 years experience in telesales / telemarketing / sales

. (Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply!)

· Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

. Background in banking / financial services is an added advantage

. Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

· Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

· Responsible, disciplined, and responsive

Responsibilities

. Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to close sales

. Build and maintain strong client relationships

. Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service

. Achieve and exceed individual & team sales targets

. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales process
