Job Description

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in related field or its equivalent

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

3. Independent, self-starter and thrive in fast pace and dynamic environment.

4. Strong logical thinking, analytical, and good follow up skills.

5. 5.5 Days/ week (Mon to Friday: 8am - 5pm & Sat 8am - 12pm (work from home)

6. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage for effective communication with suppliers.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Executive to support our purchasing, shipment coordination, inventory control, and supplier management functions. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love coordinating operations behind the scenes, we would love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source, evaluate, and liaise with suppliers for quotation requests, pricing comparison, and purchasing activities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing without compromising product quality.
  • Monitor purchase orders and follow up closely on delivery timelines and shipment status.
  • Compare product specifications, pricing structures, and payment terms to ensure best purchasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and overseas partners.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Handle import/export shipment coordination and related documentation.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills, and delivery documents.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure goods arrive on time and resolve shipment delays proactively.
  • Support overall logistics and warehouse administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Inventory & Documentation Control

  • Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and investigate stock variances.
  • Maintain organized procurement, logistics, and administrative filing systems.
  • Ensure all purchasing and logistics documentation are properly recorded and updated.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Coordinate urgent operational matters and provide quick solutions when issues arise.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company licenses and permits remain updated and compliant.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
