5-Day Work Week | KPI Bonus + Year-End Bonus

We are a foreign-owned company operating Dermabell, a skincare brand rooted in Korea’s professional skin management system, supported by strong product foundations, a stable supply chain, and a growing international market presence.

As Dermabell continues to expand its business in Malaysia, we are actively growing our local team and looking for talents who are passionate about B2B business development, distributor partnerships and client relationship management to join us and be part of the brand’s growth and development in the regional market.

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or related fields is preferred
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Interested in skincare sales, distributor development, and market expansion
  • Willing to do outdoor meetings and client visits
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven
  • Beauty / skincare / retail industry experience is a plus
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English; Malay is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads and potential customers
  • Develop new business, distributors, and retail partners
  • Conduct client visits and business meetings
  • Handle product presentations, quotations, and order follow-up
  • Build customer relationships and grow business opportunities
  • Keep track of sales progress and market feedback
