• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Business IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in direct sales, managing regional sales agents, and online sales strategies.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
• Must have own transport.
• Passion for sales with an attractive commission scheme.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Card systems.
• Expand market presence through strategic partnerships and new customer acquisitions.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
• Oversee online sales strategies and optimize digital sales channels for increased conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to Manager/Director.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
