Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree

Fresh graduates and individuals with sales background are encouraged to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in sales, customer service, banking, or finance is an added advantage (but not required)

Provide financial planning and insurance solutions to clients

Understanding client’s needs through fact finding

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.

Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and business network.

Participate in our training and development programs

Contribute to a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture, sharing ideas and success strategies with others

Lead and grow your own team of agents (optional leadership pathway)
