Requirements
Minimum SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent is required.
Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, preferably within the General & Wholesale Trading sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data manipulation, reporting, and document creation.
Demonstrable experience with AutoCount software is essential for managing company data and transactions.
Good in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input and verification to maintain data integrity.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an onsite capacity in Selayang, Batu Caves, Selangor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update a high volume of data into the company's AutoCount system and other databases, ensuring integrity and consistency.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents, correcting any discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records of all entries and revisions.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is organized and ready for processing.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word as required by management or other departments.
Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify data or resolve issues.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client data, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
Assist with general administrative tasks and office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations within the trading environment.
