Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven organizational and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (Mandarin is a must).
  • Experience in stock or inventory management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily stock operations including receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and sales teams for stock ordering and delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and displayed according to company standards.
  • Supervise a small team of store assistants and ensure smooth workflow in the stock area.
  • Prepare stock-related reports and assist management with inventory planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the stockroom.
