• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.

• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems/software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, high integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Administer payroll, leave management, and attendance records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in performance appraisal exercises and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
